  • Implementation of staff reduction (staff talks) & ongoing controlling/reporting (FTE / costs)
  • Definition and implementation of culture-changing measures for high-performance organization
  • Continuous communication of the strategy program to managers and employees

  • Negotiation of reconciliation of interests/social plan within < 3 months in challenging corporate setting
