My name is Alexander Kaiser. I am an HR Interim and Project Manager and take on mandates as Head of an HR department, as HR Site Manager, as HR Business Partner and Project Manager for special topics in medium-sized companies and in corporate groups.
I have particular expertise in the areas of restructuring, company sales (share deals / asset deals), plant closures and transfers of businesses, including negotiations with works council committees.
I now look back on 25 years of experience in almost all areas of HR.
