As an HR Interim and Project Manager, I have the highest level of expertise in almost all areas of strategic and operational HR management. I am highly motivated by a passion for business, people and the highest level of service.

But what we need to work on is that for two decades we have been talking about employees being our most valuable resource. However we did not act. And today we are surprised that companies have to turn down orders because of staff shortages.

For me, it’s the people who make a company successful. To always meet them at eye level, to take care of their concerns and to continuously promote them and make them better – that is my claim.

DDIM – Dachgesellschaft Deutsches Interim Management e.V.

DDIM is the leading industry representation for professional Interim Management in Germany. The main tasks of the professional and business association are the protection of the economic interests of its members and the sustainable promotion of Interim Management in Germany. DDIM defines professional standards, promotes quality assurance and supports the transfer of knowledge among its members. The membership in the umbrella organization is considered proof of high quality and competence in Interim Management.

I am a member of the DDIM.fachgruppe // Human Resources the HR expert group within DDIM. In addition, I am a co-organizer of the DDIM.regional // Bavaria events. For me, this is about sharing knowledge and networking.

Teaching

Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart

DHBW Stuttgart has over 40 years of experience in high-quality, dual, practice-integrated university education. Students regularly rotate between the university and the partner company. In this way, they already gain valuable professional experience during their studies.

As a lecturer, I give an overview of Human Resource Management for students in the 6th semester with a focus on (1) tasks, objectives and functional areas of Human Resource Management as well as (2) selected issues from, among others, recruitment / staff reduction, personnel management and basic features of labor law.
