Leadership & Collaboration
Making the whole strong through good leadership.
My leadership style is primarily based on situational leadership, which is geared to the employee’s level of maturity in terms of qualifications and motivation. I tailor my leadership according to each employee’s individual needs and work with each individual to reach their full potential .
I give employees with a corresponding wealth of experience free space so as not to hinder them in their work. For employees with less experience or knowledge in certain areas, I ensure their development. With feedback loops, targeted support and motivation, I usually achieve positive development.
I believe that every employee has the potential to become a successful member of the team. Through my situational leadership, I help my clients get the most out of their employees and achieve their business goals.
In times of HR upheaval and major transformations, it is immensely helpful if you understand all people involved - and can talk to them at eye level.

Working together.
Acting in a team
- I listen to the arguments and opinions of others before drawing conclusions and making decisions
- Active and supportive when it comes to HR services
Conduct towards shareholders or clients
- Query expectations, listen, understand
- I anticipate ideas and manage expectations if the solution is difficult or impossible
Behavior towards (project) staff
- Appreciative communication, good information behavior (quantity, depth, classification)
- Demand: full commitment, best possible result
- Support: with full commitment but limited performance (time/quality).
- Basically, leap of faith; for important topics: closer involvement and advance info desired on topics that go out
