I tailor my leadership according to each employee&#8217;s individual needs and work with each individual <strong>to reach their full potential<\/strong> . <\/p>\n<p>I give employees with a corresponding wealth of experience free space so as not to hinder them in their work. For employees with less experience or knowledge in certain areas, I ensure their development. With <strong>feedback loops<\/strong>, targeted <strong>support<\/strong> and <strong>motivation<\/strong>, I usually achieve positive development. <\/p>\n<p>I believe that every employee has the potential to become a <strong>successful member of the team<\/strong>.
